Kath is the founder of Kore Essentials — a Pilates meets strength platform built on balance, purpose, and feel-good movement.
With a background in gymnastics, dancing and years of experience in the fitness industry, she designs workouts that help you build strength, improve form, and stay consistent — whether you’re just getting started or levelling up.
Her sessions are dynamic, supportive, and focused on real results — with plenty of options so you can move in a way that works for you.
